Experimentação estética do cuidar-se por meio de fuxicos: vivência com alunos de pós-graduação em enfermagem

Abstract

O processo criativo pode ser despertado nas pessoas por meio de técnica simples e materiais de valor acessível,
podendo contribuir para a promoção da saúde mental. O objetivo deste estudo érelatar vivência do cuidar-seatravés
da arte dofuxicorealizada com alunos de pós-graduação em enfermagem. A proposta metodológica para construção
deste relato foi baseada nos resultados obtidos em uma aula de experimentação estética, em uma disciplina optativa
de um curso de pós–graduação stricto sensu em enfermagem, com 15 alunos de diferentes profissões da área
de saúde, realizadas na Cidade de Niterói– RJ, no mês de outubro de 2014. A experiência revela a importância da
vivência através da arte em grupo no processo de construção de sentido estético no âmbito da pós-graduação.
