The aim of this paper is to analyze strategies that can be applied to promote the mental health of adolescents who are vulnerable due to racism, gender and ableism. As such, this study is a theoretical reflection that has been built on the critical reflective thinking of its authors, supported by the ideas and speeches of scholars on the subject, obtained through academic bibliographical research. In effect, the information contained in academic articles, books and legislation was synthesized and arranged into topics for a better exposition of the information. In this sense, a considerable number of strategies can be used to promote the mental health of adolescents. In conclusion, the identification of the potential of the strategies applied to promote mental health in adolescents and young people reinforces the need to invest in actions to combat and prevent vulnerabilities arising from racism, gender and ableism.
