O ambiente da UTI Neonatal e suas repercussões no RN: na visão da enfermagem

Abstract

Este Trabalho tem por objetivo Identificar nas produções bibliográficas as repercussões que o ambiente da unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal pode causar no RN. Analisar as estratégias que a equipe de enfermagem realiza no RN em um ambiente da Unidade de terapia neonatal sob a forma de artigos publicados na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde. O levantamento bibliográfico ocorreu durante o mês de agosto de 2012, tendo sido selecionado 08 artigos. O referente trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de abordagem qualitativa. Foi realizada a leitura dos resumos dos artigos publicados, compilamento e o fichamento de todo o material e criado uma planilha onde os artigos foram descritos. Os resultados das pesquisas evidenciaram que as equipes de enfermagem reconhecem as repercussões que o ambiente traz para o RN, sendo manifestado por estresse atraso no desenvolvimento motor e cognitivo entre outros. Portanto a equipe utiliza estratégias para reduzir possíveis danos causados à saúde do RN, tais como: medidas farmacológicas e não farmacológicas para o alívio da dor no RN.
