Reflexiones sobre el Neoliberalismo en Enfermería

Resumen

El debate sobre el neoliberalismo se ha destacado en el área de ciencias sociales como en el área de la salud, en nuestro caso, el área de enfermería. Este estudio tiene el objetivo de analizar la influencia del neoliberalismo en el área de enfermería. Es una reflexión sobre el concepto mencionado, complementada por la revisión sobre el estado de la arte. Para este fin, se utilizó la Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde – BVS. Entre los resultados se observó la predominancia del tema sobre precarización laboral y temáticas reiteradas acerca de la pandemia de COVID-19 y la salud mental de los profesionales de salud. La enfermería se destaca por todo su papel humanístico y preocupación subjetiva con las personas, sean ellos, paciente o profesionales. Por eso, se resalta la necesidad de una continua investigación sobre cuestiones subjetivas como esta investigación, aunadas a la aproximación entre el área de la salud y ciencias sociales.
