Abstract

The neoliberalism debate has been highlighted both in the area of social sciences and in the area of health, such as nursing. This study aims to analyze the influence of neoliberalism on nursing. This is a reflection on the concept in question, complemented by a survey of its state of the art in nursing, using the Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde - BVS. The predominance of the theme of precariousness and recurrence of other important themes such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the mental health of health professionals was noted.
