Repercussões do câncer de mama para o binômio cliente-família: uma revisão integrativa

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi levantar dados para que os profissionais da enfermagem tenham o completo domínio e respaldo para chegar a um diagnóstico conciso da doença, podendo assim oferecer assistência e apoio através da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem (SAE) para mulheres que apresentam os sinais e sintomas que são acometidos pela endometriose. A metodologia utilizada foi de forma bibliográfica de caráter qualitativo, onde foram levantados dez (10) artigos da base de dados LILACS e Scielo. Os seguintes artigos revelaram que na área da enfermagem o diagnóstico e o tratamento estão distantes da prática e muitas vezes do conhecimento do enfermeiro, distanciando a promoção e a prevenção destas mulheres que não obtém o conhecimento e o diagnóstico da patologia. Concluímos que o enfermeiro tendo domínio e exercendo o seu papel com base na sistematização e assistência, poderá proporcionar para suas clientes uma qualidade de vida eficaz, onde esta irá desfrutar de suas atividades diárias
