Tipos de liderança adotados pelo enfermeiro no âmbito hospitalar

Abstract

A pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo conhecer os tipos de liderança em enfermagem  encontrados no âmbito hospitalar, apresentando como objetivo identificar o tipo de liderança que melhor se aplica a enfermagem. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva exploratória onde pesquisou-se na Biblioteca virtual BIREME na base de dados BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, no período 2005 a 2015, com os seguintes descritores: liderança, serviços de saúde, enfermagem. Quanto ao principal tipo de liderança prevaleceu a situacional que busca resolver os problemas de forma imediata, seguida da liderança autocrática, confundida com o autoritarismo. Concluiu-se neste estudo a necessidade de inserção de enfermeiros na busca pela especialização em liderança hospitalar, a fim de conquistar o respeito da equipe de enfermagem e a influência sobre esta.
