A primigesta do município de Vassouras – RJ, frente suas reações emocionais

Abstract

Este estudo tem com objeto as reações emocionais da gestante frente a primeira gestação, justificando-se pela necessidade de conhecer melhor as emoções mais comuns nas primigestas, sendo esta uma gestação diferenciada, por ser a primeira. O objetivo foi descrever as alterações emocionais durante a gravidez em primigestas do município de Vassouras e identificar os fatores desencadeadores de instabilidades emocionais em primigestas deste mesmo Município. Foram utilizados para a revisão bibliográfica, livros, artigos científicos, tese de mestrado e sites governamentais. O método utilizado foi o qualitativo, através de roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturada. Realizado com 10 mulheres primigestas, cadastradas e acompanhadas pelos ESF’s do Município de Vassouras, RJ, durante os meses de fevereiro, março e abril de 2012. As entrevistadas demonstraram segurança ao processo gestacional, apesar de apresentarem ambivalência sentimental. Foi concluído que falta informação ao grupo selecionado, havendo grande necessidade de um melhor e mais explicativo pré-natal.
