Humanização em UTI Neonatal: limites e possibilidades

Resumen

Objetivos: analisar ações de humanização feitas pelo enfermeiro que tragam conforto ao recém-nascido internado em uma Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo Neonatal; e identificar limites e possiblidades da humanização no cotidiano em uma Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo Neonatal do enfermeiro. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa de busca bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa. Resultados: evidenciou-se que existem diferentes ações realizadas de forma humanística que proporcionam conforto ao Recém-Nescido (RN). Destacou-se também preocupação em inserir a família no ambiente da UTI Neonatal para melhor desenvolvimento do RN. Conclusão: apesar de algumas limitações enfrentadas pelo enfermeiro para realizar ações humanizadas dentro da UTI Neonatal, acredito que hajam estratégias para propor ao RN o conforto e o amparo que ele necessita para atender melhor o seu desenvolvimento
