Cuidado de enfermagem na prevenção e promoção da saúde da criança e adolescente com risco para obesidade

Resumen

O estudo tem por objetivo apresentar a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, o cuidado de enfermagem na prevenção e promoção da saúde da Criança e do Adolescente com risco para obesidade. A Metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa do tipo exploratória descritiva, qualitativa, realizada através de busca bibliográfica nas bases de dados do Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Bireme e Google acadêmico. Foram encontrados 25 artigos sendo utilizados nesta pesquisa 22. Concluímos que o cuidado de enfermagem é muito importante na prevenção e promoção da obesidade infantil. Atentamos também para a necessidade da realização da consulta de enfermagem na puericultura principalmente no que se refere às medidas antropométricas e seu acompanhamento e registro no cartão da criança. Salienta-se também a importância da abordagem multiprofissional na prevenção da mesma já que engloba conhecimentos da área de nutrição e educação física além dos cuidados de enfermagem
